The standard hamburger recipe for a good ole’ fashioned cookout. It’s pretty much a non-cook’s recipe meaning you can’t screw it up- there are no fancy ingredients, no knives needed, and it can be dressed up or down as desired.
- about 1 and 1/2 lbs of ground beef
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. dried onion flakes
- 1 T. hamburger seasoning (tho, I omit this often)
- 1/2 t. (heaping) of garlic salt
Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl, and pat out the hamburger patties. I usually get 5 out of this amount of ground beef. Grill over hot coals for about 7 minutes (only flipping once!). Then enjoy with your favorite burger condiments!
